Cancellation and Order Modification Policy

At Bikanzo, we accept cancellation and order modification requests within 4 hours of successful order placement and payment. Please review the details below if you need to cancel or update your order.

Cancellation and Modification Window

You have 4 hours from the time your order is successfully placed and paid for to request a cancellation or modification.

This window is measured in consecutive hours, including outside our business hours, on Sundays, and on holidays. It is separate from the daily processing cutoff time described in our Shipping Policy.

We use the time your request is received by email to determine whether it falls within the 4-hour window, not the time our team responds. Requests received within this window remain eligible even if we review them later.

How to Submit a Request

Email support@bikanzo.shop within the 4-hour window with the subject line “Cancellation Request” or “Order Modification Request”, followed by your order number.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • The name and email address used to place the order.
  • Whether you want to cancel or modify the order.
  • For modifications, a clear description of the changes requested.

Our team will review your request and email you a confirmation. Please do not send payment card details by email.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests received within the 4-hour window are accepted. For a full order cancellation, we will refund the full amount paid, including the shipping fee. No cancellation fee applies.

Order Modifications

Within the 4-hour window, you may request changes to your shipping address or product selections, such as size, color, design, or personalization details, where those options are available.

Product changes are subject to the availability of the requested option. If a change affects the order total, we will explain any price difference and obtain your agreement before proceeding.

If we cannot accommodate a modification requested within the 4-hour window, we will offer you the choice of keeping the original order or canceling it for a full refund.

Requests After 4 Hours

After the 4-hour window, orders are committed to our print-on-demand fulfillment process, and we no longer accept cancellations or modifications based on a change of mind or an error in the information submitted at checkout.

This time limit does not affect assistance for damaged, defective, or incorrect products under our Refund and Returns Policy, or any applicable consumer rights.

Refund Method and Timing

Once your cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. For this policy, business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays.

We do not issue cancellation refunds to a different card, account, or payment method.

If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days from cancellation confirmation, please contact us at support@bikanzo.shop with your order number so we can investigate.
