Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer delivery to destinations outside the United States at this time.
Shipping Method and Cost
We offer one shipping method: Standard Shipping.
A flat shipping fee of $6.99 USD per order applies to all orders, regardless of the number of items purchased. This charge is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Taxes, Duties, and Additional Fees
Your total payment consists only of the listed product price(s) plus the flat $6.99 USD shipping fee per order. Any applicable taxes are included in the listed product prices. No additional taxes or handling fees are added at checkout.
For orders shipped from outside the United States, Bikanzo covers any applicable import duties, customs clearance fees, and other import-related charges. You will not be required to pay additional taxes, duties, or fees to receive your order.
The total shown at checkout is the full amount payable to Bikanzo for your order. If a carrier or customs authority requests an additional payment related to your shipment, please contact us at support@bikanzo.shop before making the payment so we can arrange to resolve the charge at our expense.
Business Days and Order Cutoff Time
Our business days are Monday through Saturday. Sundays are not counted as business days.
Our daily order cutoff time is 2:00 PM Central Time, observing Central Standard Time or Central Daylight Time as applicable.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time on a business day enter processing that day. Orders placed at or after 2:00 PM, or on a Sunday, enter processing on the next business day. Entering processing does not mean that an order will ship that day.
Handling Time
Our handling time is 2-7 business days, Monday through Saturday. This period covers order processing, print-on-demand production, and preparation for shipment.
Transit Time
Once an order has been dispatched, the estimated transit time for Standard Shipping is 5-7 business days, Monday through Saturday.
Transit time is separate from handling time and begins after the order is dispatched.
Estimated Total Delivery Time
The estimated total delivery time is 7-14 business days, combining our 2-7 business day handling time and 5-7 business day transit time.
For orders placed at or after the daily cutoff time or on a Sunday, this timeline begins on the next business day.
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, severe weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions may affect delivery. Such delays do not change our commitment to cover applicable import duties and customs-related fees.
Where Orders Ship From
Bikanzo works with international production partners in countries including China, Vietnam, and India. Depending on the product and the partner fulfilling your order, your items may be manufactured and shipped from one of these locations.
Our U.S. business contact address does not mean that all products are manufactured, stocked, or dispatched from the United States.
Shipping Address Changes
Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at support@bikanzo.shop.
Address changes may not be possible once an order has entered production or shipped.
Delivery Assistance
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, or if you experience a delivery issue, please email us with your order number. We will investigate with the relevant production partner or carrier and assist you in resolving the issue.
