Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains the payment methods, currency, and charges that apply to purchases made at Bikanzo.

Accepted Payment Method

We accept payments through PayPal. You may complete your purchase using either of the following options:

  • Pay with a PayPal account: Log in to your PayPal account and select an available funding source to complete your payment.
  • Pay with a credit or debit card through PayPal: When PayPal Guest Checkout is available, you can pay with an eligible credit or debit card without creating or signing in to a PayPal account.

Guest Checkout availability and accepted cards are determined by PayPal and may vary depending on the transaction, customer location, and PayPal’s eligibility and security checks. The payment options shown at checkout are the options available for your purchase.

How to Pay

  1. Add your chosen products to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. Enter your contact and shipping information.
  3. Select PayPal as your payment method.
  4. Sign in to your PayPal account, or select the debit or credit card payment option if it is displayed.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions and review the total before confirming your payment.

Currency

All product prices and order charges are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Payments to Bikanzo are processed in USD.

Order Total, Taxes, and Fees

Your order total consists only of the listed product price(s) plus a flat shipping fee of $6.99 USD per order.

Any applicable taxes are included in the listed product prices. Bikanzo does not add separate taxes, payment processing fees, or handling fees at checkout.

For shipments originating outside the United States, Bikanzo covers applicable import duties, customs clearance fees, and other import-related charges. You will not be required to pay these charges to receive your order.

The complete order total is displayed before you confirm your payment.

If your payment account uses a currency other than USD, your bank, card issuer, or PayPal may apply its own currency conversion rate or fees. These are separate from Bikanzo’s order charges and are not set or collected by Bikanzo.

Payment Confirmation

Full payment is required before an order proceeds to production. A pending, declined, or unsuccessful payment does not count as a completed payment.

Please check your order confirmation and payment details after checkout. If you are unsure whether your payment was completed, contact us before attempting another payment to help avoid duplicate orders.

Payment Issues

If your payment is declined or cannot be completed, please verify your billing details and follow any instructions provided by PayPal. You may also need to contact PayPal or your card issuer for assistance.

If you notice a possible duplicate charge or a payment without a corresponding order confirmation, email support@bikanzo.shop with the email address used at checkout and the relevant transaction reference.

Please do not send your full card number, card security code, PayPal password, or verification codes by email.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and order modification requests must be submitted within 4 hours of successful order placement and payment, as described in our Cancellation and Order Modification Policy.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days following refund approval or cancellation confirmation. For our policies, business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays.

For payments made by credit or debit card through PayPal Guest Checkout, refunds are returned to the original card through PayPal.
