These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from Bikanzo and your use of our website at bikanzo.shop. Throughout these terms, “Bikanzo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the store, and “you” refers to the customer or website user.

Please review these terms before placing an order. Our Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, Cancellation and Order Modification Policy, and Refund and Returns Policy provide additional details about your purchase. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

1. About Our Store

Bikanzo is an online store offering print-on-demand products. Products are produced to fulfill customer orders through third-party production partners in countries including China, Vietnam, and India.

Depending on the product and fulfillment partner, orders may be manufactured and shipped from outside the United States. Our U.S. business contact address does not mean that all products are manufactured, stocked, or dispatched from the United States.

Bikanzo remains your point of contact for order questions, delivery assistance, cancellations, and eligible refunds or replacements.

2. Eligibility and Customer Information

To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and authorized to use the selected payment method.

You agree to provide accurate and complete contact, billing, shipping, and personalization information. Please review your selections and details before completing checkout.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential. Please contact us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Product Information

Please review the description, materials, dimensions, sizing information, and available options for each product before purchasing.

Product images may include digital mockups used to illustrate a design. Colors may vary slightly because of screen settings and printing processes. Such variations do not remove your rights if an item is defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description.

Availability may change. If we cannot fulfill an item you have purchased, we will notify you and offer an available alternative with your agreement or a refund for the unavailable item. If the entire order is canceled, we will refund the full amount paid, including shipping.

4. Personalized Products and Submitted Content

For personalized products, please check all names, spelling, dates, images, and other submitted details carefully. Products are made using the information provided with your order.

You must own or have permission to use any content you submit, including images, designs, logos, and personal information. You must not submit unlawful content or content that infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

You retain ownership of your submitted content. You grant Bikanzo and the production partners involved in your order permission to use, reproduce, and make necessary production adjustments to that content solely to produce your items, fulfill your order, and provide related support. This permission does not authorize unrelated advertising use of your content.

We may decline content that appears unlawful or infringes another person’s rights. If this prevents us from fulfilling a paid order, we will notify you and refund the canceled items.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars (USD).

Your order total consists of the listed product price or prices, after any applicable discount, plus a flat shipping fee of $6.99 USD per order. Applicable taxes are included in the listed product prices. Bikanzo does not add separate payment processing or handling fees.

Bikanzo covers applicable import duties, customs clearance fees, and other import-related charges. You will not be required to pay these charges to receive your order.

We accept payment through PayPal. You may pay using a PayPal account or an eligible credit or debit card through PayPal Guest Checkout when that option is available. Guest Checkout availability is determined by PayPal.

If your payment account uses another currency, your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rates or fees. These are separate from Bikanzo’s charges.

Full payment is required before an order proceeds to production. Please see our Payment Policy for further details.

6. Order Errors and Verification

If you notice an error in your order, contact us promptly at support@bikanzo.shop.

We may contact you if clarification or payment verification is needed. We will not request your PayPal password, full payment card details, or verification codes by email.

If we discover a material pricing or product information error affecting your order, we will explain the issue and request your agreement before proceeding with any revised terms. We will not charge an additional amount without your authorization. If the order cannot proceed, we will cancel the affected purchase and refund the corresponding payment.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States using Standard Shipping.

• Handling time: 2-7 business days.
• Transit time: 5-7 business days after dispatch.
• Estimated total delivery time: 7-14 business days.
• Business days: Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays.
• Daily order cutoff: 2:00 PM Central Time.

Orders placed at or after the cutoff time, or on a Sunday, begin processing on the next business day. Central Time observes standard or daylight saving time as applicable.

Delivery dates are estimates. Customs processing, severe weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions may affect delivery. If we cannot ship within the stated handling timeframe, we will notify you and provide any delay-consent or cancellation options required by applicable law.

If your order is delayed or appears lost, contact us so we can investigate and assist you. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details.

8. Cancellations and Order Modifications

You may request a cancellation or modification within 4 consecutive hours of successful order placement and payment.

Email your request to support@bikanzo.shop with your order number and the requested action. Eligibility is based on when we receive your email, even if it arrives outside business hours or our team responds later.

Timely requests to cancel an entire order qualify for a full refund, including the shipping fee, without a cancellation fee.

Modifications depend on the availability of the requested option. Any price difference requires your agreement. If we cannot accommodate a timely modification request, you may keep the original order or cancel it for a full refund.

After 4 hours, we do not accept change-of-mind cancellations or modifications. This restriction does not affect remedies for defective, damaged, or incorrect products or other rights provided by applicable law.

9. Refunds and Replacements

Please report products that arrive damaged, defective, or different from your confirmed order within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos where possible. We assess eligibility based on the date your request is received.

For approved claims, you may choose a refund or a free replacement. No return is required, and no return shipping, restocking, or processing fee applies.

A refund covers the amount paid for the affected item. If the entire order is refunded, we also refund the original shipping fee. If only part of the order is refunded and correctly supplied items are kept, the original shipping fee is not refunded.

Approved replacements are produced and shipped at no additional cost. If the original option is unavailable, we will offer a refund or an alternative with your agreement.

We do not provide change-of-mind returns or exchanges for correctly supplied made-to-order products. Customer-selected sizing errors, customer-submitted personalization errors, and damage caused by misuse or improper care are not eligible under this policy.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after refund approval or cancellation confirmation. For our policies, business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays.

10. Permitted Website Use and Intellectual Property

You may use our website to browse products, place legitimate orders, and obtain customer support. You must not use it for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, or activity that disrupts the website or compromises another person’s information.

Website content is owned by Bikanzo or its respective owners or licensors. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights in its design. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.

11. Privacy and Third-Party Services

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information, including through WordPress, WooCommerce, PayPal, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Their involvement does not remove Bikanzo’s responsibilities to you under our purchase policies or applicable law.

12. Consumer Rights and Disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer rights, warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can work toward a resolution. Contacting us does not prevent you from exercising applicable rights through your payment provider, a regulator, or a court.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date. Changes apply to future purchases and will not retroactively reduce your rights for an order already placed.

The terms and purchase policies in effect when you place your order govern that purchase, subject to applicable law.
