You may be eligible for a refund or free replacement if your item meets one of the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product has a manufacturing or printing defect
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item, design, or personalization)
  • The product differs significantly from the description or approved customization

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Handling Time:

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays).

Transit Time:

Once processed, delivery takes 7-10 business days (Monday to Saturday).

We accept cancellation or modification requests within 6 hours from the time of successful purchase.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
