We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive the product. Ensure the item being returned is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Returns

After receiving your return request email, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and the return address.
We will cover all return shipping costs.

Refunds

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. If the product meets our requirements, we will refund the full amount you paid (including the original shipping fees) to the original payment method. If the product does not meet our requirements, no refund will be provided, and the product will not be sent back to you. The refund will be processed within 2 business days.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange or replacement instead of a refund, please contact us within 30 days from the date you received the product and follow the instructions in our response email.
We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges or replacements.
